FAQ
Common questions
Does Team Generator upload my contacts?
No. Names and photos you add from contacts stay on your device. The app only reads the contacts you pick.
How does balancing work?
Give each player a strength. Balanced teams spreads strong and weak players so team totals come out as even as possible, and every shuffle still gives different teams.
What happens to extra players?
You choose: make some teams one player bigger, or send extras to the bench. With the Queue mode, whoever has played the most waits next.
Why do I need a Google account for the trial?
Only the 30-day free trial uses Google sign-in, so each person gets one trial. Making teams never needs an account. You can ask us to delete that data at any time; see Delete your data.
I bought “Remove ads”. Do I keep it?
Yes. Earlier “Remove ads” purchases are now Premium, and they are restored automatically with the same Google account.
